All you need to know to get started.

When -  Rugby is every Sunday from 10am - 12pm

Where - Gladstone Park (Anson Road entrance)

Length of season - September 7th 2009 until Easter 2010

Cost - £45 per player

What you need to take part - rugby boots (if you have them), gum shield, appropriate clothing and water bottle.

Kit -  We have a selection of Kilburn Cosmos RFC kit for sale.  This consists of a rugby jersey, socks, shorts and ski hats.  Order forms can be collected on Sunday's during training.

Games - There are home and away games planned throughout the season.  Please read the fixtures list for games and dates.

Weather - Rugby will usually take place regardless of the weather.  If we have to cancel a session due to exceptionally unpleasant weather we will email you by 9am.  Please check your email at this time.

Registering - Just come along on Sunday and you will be given a form to complete.  Everyone is welcome so come along and have a go.

Keeping in touch - Every week you need to check the website for more news and photos.  If there is a home or away game you will receive an email from the team manager outlining all the details you may need.
